As a stay-at-home Mom, I know how hard it is to make real money from home. Believe me, I have tried just about everything!  So I have created a new challenge for myself.  I want to make $1000 a month in blogging money.

Why have I turned to blogging as a way to make money online?  Well there are actually a few reasons.

The first reason is that although I have tried many, many ways to earn money form home, blogging is one thing I have never tried. I love a challenge so I thought why not?

Blogging is also easy to do, inexpensive and is quite fun when you are blogging about something that interests you.  But the number one reason I decided to try and earn real blogging money is because of a woman named Amy Bass.

Amy is also a stay-at-home mom who I “met”  through her blog mydebtfreegoal.com.  Amy’s blog was about her desire to pay off close to $75,000 in debt in two years by working at home.  She tried many different things but finally started making a real income through niche blogging.

I followed Amy’s blog closely and was so impressed with all that she accomplished.  In fact, Amy managed to pay off all of her debt in less than two years!  Man, if only she could show me exactly how she did it!

And then she did.  She released a program called The Niche Blogger.  It is a step by step online course that shows exactly how Amy blogged her way out of debt.  Although I couldn’t wait to join, it has taken me almost 6 months to actually get out my credit card and sign up!

So today I took the plunge.  I signed up for The Niche Blogger.  I paid the small $20 fee and got instant access to a month’s worth of content all about blogging.

So from here on out, I will be writing about all of my successes and struggles as I follow Amy’s guide.  I am really hoping that I can do exactly what Amy did and have blogging money as source of income for me.
